What You’ll Do:
• Be the welcoming voice and face of our business by answering phones and greeting walk‑in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Handle customer follow‑ups, invoicing, and collections with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Keep projects on track by updating job statuses and coordinating with sales, production, and installation teams.
• Order materials and supplies to support ongoing projects.
• Prepare and submit sign permit applications with local cities.
• Maintain accurate files, records, and office documentation.
• Support a positive and organized work environment that reflects our team‑oriented culture.
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you enjoy interacting with people and building great relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
• A proactive, positive mindset — you see what needs to be done and make it happen.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and general office software (experience with project management tools a plus).
• Prior office or customer service experience required.
• Experience in the sign or promotional products industry is a plus, but not required.
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday through Friday
